TERMS & CONDITIONS

We endeavour to stock and supply all listed plants and goods. However, due to unforeseen problems such as heavy demand or crop failure, there may be occasions when we cannot guarantee supply of a particular plant or product at that time. Should this happen, the website will flag up the shortfall when you put the product in your shopping basket. Stock is manually controlled, so there is, unfortunately, room for error!

DELIVERY

Delivery to mainland U.K. is £10.00 for orders that come to less than £20.00, £7.95 for orders totalling from £20.00 to £49.99, and free for orders totalling more than this.

We currently supply mainland U.K. only. This includes highland Scotland (2 day service) but not the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.

We aim to despatch goods (via Interlink) Monday to Thursday, to enable delivery by approximately 3pm the following day. We do not despatch plants on Friday, because the delivery would not be until the following Monday. This is to ensure quality does not deteriorate. Dry goods can be despatched on Friday for delivery the following Monday.

If we are aware of any delays or problems, we will try to advise you.

If for any reason you are unable to accept delivery in person, there is an option in the order section for you to specify where you wish your goods to be left by the courier. This information is essential, as Halcyon Plants cannot be held responsible for deterioration of plants that have to be returned to the courier`s depot if they are unable to deliver them.

If for any reason the delivery service cannot deliver because of your absence, or no special instructions, then a calling card will be left with the local interlink agent`s office details. You may then re-arrange delivery, or instruct a safe place.
We must stress that leaving goods without a signature is at the customer`s risk.

Please unpack your plants on delivery, as they are now yours. We cannot be held liable for deterioration after delivery.

We endeavour to pack all goods carefully and safely, ensuring that orders arrive in good condition. However, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund as appropriate goods that arrive damaged so long as we are advised within 24 hours of the delivery.

PRICING

VAT is included where applicable.

PRIVACY

We do not pass on personal information to any other party. The only record of your transaction is the information that appears on the sales invoice.
Online payments are processed via Protx. Halcyon Plants does not have access to credit/debit card details when payments are made.

COMPLAINTS

If there is a problem or you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us. The sooner we know about it, the quicker it can be dealt with. We value your custom.
