Lonicera tragophyllaHoneysuckle
Lonicera tragophylla is rarely found in a 'Garden Centre', and this is one of my favourite plants...'tragophylla' is very unusual woody deciduous honeysuckle. The flowers are a bold soft yellow, quite large, but not carried in abundance. The foliage is large leaved and glossy, being dark green. Grow in a sheltered and partly shaded area, getting dappled shade through the day. Ideal for planting on a fence and letting it find its way through other plants. The soil should be a fertile moist humus rich and well drain. |
