PackagingWe pride ourselves on our packaging. When we started this business, we looked at how other mail order and online suppliers performed. To be honest we were horrified, and decided that we could do better! 9cm plants are held in card trays, that are ‘locked’ and glued into our special boxes. 
Each box can carry 16 shorter plants, or 8 taller. We do occasionally use a smaller box to carry small orders. These are still normally put in a special blister pack that holds each pot. Occassionally we have to make up ‘specials’ using boxes, card and hot-melt glue. 
The 2 Litre plants are sent in the same box, this time up to 6 plants per box. Each pot is securely glued into a card sleeve, and then glued into the box. 
We have not had any problems with the packaging. If there are any loose damaged plants in your delivery, please contact us, as it will only be the result of abuse, and we need to know about it. You will, of course get replacements for those that are damaged.!
