Hebe Plants for Sale.

Hebe Plants range in size from the very small Hebe 'Green Globe' to the much bigger and larger leaved Hebe 'Blue Gem'. The most popular forms are the medium sized plants which generally make tight mounded plants ideal for filling the front of a border.

Hebe plants generally prefer well drained - but moist - slightly alkali soils. They do thrive on well drained slightly acid soils like the shales in the west of the UK. My mum has several in her garden on Devonian shale which is acid enough for Rhododendrons, and they grow well there.
